Later start this morning, a bit cloudy and looking like it might rain. Picked up Tim Horton’s and headed west of Charlottetown along the south coast. Stopped at Rocky Point, the site of an old fort. Fort Amherst National Historic site. Next stop was Victoria on the sea. Very nice village with lots of unique
Left Charlottetown in the morning, warm & sunny all day (21C). North to Cavendish, west to Cabot Beach Provincial Park and as far East as Dalvay. Went out to the point of Prince Edward Island National Park (Brackley) and stopped several places to walk on the beach. Had afternoon Tea at the PEI Preserve Company
Departed Bathurst for Mirimachi and on toward PEI via the 18 km long Confederation Bridge. Arrived in Charlottetown mid afternoon.
